At Honey Tree Publishing we are delighted to provide you with your commissioned artwork. Ideal as a gift or for your personalised stationery collection. The illustration is exclusive to you, yet we retain the right to use the artwork as an example of our work for promotional purposes but not for reproduction.
How to commission a new illustration
The Clients Brief
For my 40th we were hosting an Argentian BBQ . We wanted to convey difference from an English BBQ yet reluctant to focus on skewered meat! Final product, fresh clear unique personalised invitation setting the tone for the day.
How to order

- Choose artist
- Complete request form with a description of the scene, object, property or pet that shall help the artist convey the look and upload a photo or send by post. We do not do portraits as we feel this needs knowledge of the individual.
- Once we receive your communication, the artist shall contact you to confirm the project timescale and payment schedule. On receipt of a signed terms and conditions and 25% non – refundable deposit, the artist shall embark on your commission.

How do I ensure the illustration turns out as I expected?
a) A scan of the proof shall be sent to you for approval. You can then tell us of any changes you would like.
b) On approval, the client shall settle the outstanding balance and your exclusive artwork shall be mounted signed and sent to you and also scanned and loaded into the "commissioned VIP" area of the gallery along with your password. - Cancellation fees for commissions : If the illustration is rejected by the client then Honey TreePublishing Ltd retain the 25% for the time devoted from the initial deposit.
- Your personal Illustration is exclusive to you and shall be available throughout our range for all future purchases.
- The order process shall be our simple 5 step system, yet when it comes to "choose your illustration" you shall select from the galley "Commissioned VIP". You shall be issued a password which you can use to retrieve it in the gallery to select for your stationery.
