What are your Postage rates?
Postage rates are based on total spend by the customer. On all UK stationery purchases exceeding £50 we provide Free Shipping. Royal Mail aim to deliver throughout the UK in 4 working days.
Europe and Worldwide: These orders are despatched by international courier due to the inability to track and trace through Royal mail one they have left the UK.

1. Purchases Up to £20 = £2.00 UK, £4 = Europe + £5 = Worldwide
2. Purchases Over £20 = £3.50 UK, £10.50 = Europe + £20 = Worldwide
3. Purchases Over £50 = FREE UK, £20 = Europe + £30 = Worldwide
Postage: We look to keep our prices as low as possible, especially as we are not willing to compromise on the quality of our materials, boxes etc. Unfortunately the "bulk" postage option available in the under a kilo weight is not a competitive sector and even with 2nd class (which we find it takes an additional day or two at most compared to first class) we find that the packing materials, hand made gift box and postage are not entirely covered by the £3.50 supplement.
We are very aware that people have an aversion to P&P and we do offer this free in the UK on orders over £50. Our delima is that we are thrilled that our shoppers buy correspondence cards etc in "gift" quantities of 25 which for a bespoke product is rare and if we were to inc the P&P on orders under £50 the entry price would rise which we are keen to avoid.
Delivery
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. We do our best to complete all orders within the “business day turn around” shown in our Terms & Conditions, once we have received a completed order and accompanying payment. We provide Free UK Shipping for ALL purchases over £50.
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Packetpost™ . All our items are unable to fit through a letterbox so need to be received at the address provided. (If you are out they will leave a slip to notify you of the Royal Mail collection point that you must visit within 7 days of receipt). We recommend a work address for delivery if you are not at home during the day. Royal Mail aim to deliver all UK mail within 4 working days but this cannot be guaranteed.
Europe and Worldwide: These orders are despatched by international courier due to the inability to track and trace through Royal mail once they have left the UK.
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under our control we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
How long will it take to get my order? turnaround time
By turnaround time we mean the amount of time it takes us to produce an order, and prepare it to ship. This does not include the time spent in transit while shipping. Due to the fact that all orders are bespoke and printed on demand, according to the customers requirements, please note our anticipated turnaround times: If your order is time sensitive call us to inquire about our current turnaround time.

* February - August: 3-5 business days
Weddings = 8-10 days. Save the date, Engagement, Hen & Stag Invitations = 4-8 days
How long will my order take?
Depending on the season, between 3 and 5 working days. (Please see turnaround time in Terms & Conditions ). Once your order is printed and despatched, you will be sent a despatch notification e-mail to confirm this has taken place. If you have not received your items within 4 working days of receiving this e-mail, please contact customer services.
In the unlikely event that I am not happy when my bespoke stationery order arrives, what do I do?

1. Notify us, by email that this order is being returned. (If you could confirm the reason this would be greatly appreciated, but this will not compromise on our 100% No Risk Guarantee)
2. Return all the stationery in the packaging that it was received in within 7 days.
3. On receipt of your previously dispatched order, we will refund the full purchase amount.
In the unlikely event that my parcel has not arrived, what do I do?

International Shipping: Do you ship outside the UK?

May I have the return address printed on the back of my envelope?
No, due to the premium quality and weight of our envelopes we cannot process return address on the back of our envelopes. (We do pre print the front of our RSVP Invitation envelopes)
We do sell address labels which could provide an option to the return address on your envelopes.
What happens after I have placed my order - dispatch
When you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail, which will clearly show your order number. If you do not receive this e- mail, please check your SPAM FILTER. You will receive a further notification e-mail when your order has been despatched.
