Do I have to register to make an order?
Yes. Registering with HoneyTreePublishing.com is free and only takes a minute. It will give you access to lots of extra site features and if you choose to receive our newsletter, you will be the first to hear of all the exciting new products and offers! Simply register your name, e-mail address and correspondence address online.
How do I alter my Password, e-mail address or other personal details?
You can edit Personal Details at any time by logging into My Account, amending and saving your details.
How do I redeem a Gift Voucher or use a Voucher Code?
As we only 'print on demand', any offers from us are genuine discounts on your selected stationery - we don't host 'sales'.
To use a gift voucher, or assigned voucher code: when you have chosen and formatted your order, at the checkout page you will see below the details of your order the words, ' if you have a promotion code please enter it here'. Enter your code in the box provided, then click 'Submit' and your discount will be reflected in the order.
How do I register with HoneyTreePublishing.com ?
To register simply click on the LOGIN / REGISTER link at the top right hand side of the navigation bar. Then, select the REGISTER button under the heading 'Not yet registered?' and fill in the simple online form.
How do I sign into My Account?
Simply select LOG IN from the right hand side of the top navigation bar and enter the e-mail address and password you registered with.
How will HoneyTreePublishing.com use the personal information that I supply when I register?
What is a default address?
This is the address you have registered as your chosen address. It shall be used unless you specify an alternative shipping address for an order.
What is the Shipping Address?
This is the address that has been chosen by you and to which your stationery order will be shipped. (This may be different from the card holder or purchaser's address). Please note at this time we cannot do "multiple dispatch"; therefore gift orders need to be made independently of each other so that we can dispatch to separate shipping addresses.
