The Limited Edition Gallery features illustrations reproduced from the original Artwork on fine art paper, mounted on cream / ivory card measuring 25.5 x 30.5cm which is a standard frame size.

These are limited to 150 per illustration. Each print is then numbered and hand signed by the artist, with the option of a personlaised message included in the mount window on request.

Digital printing is the most recent development in the reproduction of fine art. The print is proofed by the artist to ensure that it meets the required standards of clarity and colour correctness before an edition is undertaken. As with any work on paper, digital prints are best kept away from direct sunlight to avoid any colour deterioration.

Our default card stock is a stunning Ivory white.  On various products there is also the option of cream (Please note that gilt gold and silver beveled edges are not available in cream).

Both these card colours complement our illustrations and fonts when printed and are traditional card options for personalised stationery.

We retain the right to use the artwork as an example of our work for promotional purposes but not for reproduction.

We believe we cater to all accents with our fonts, with the exception of Angolan.

We have noticed that on some browsers and PC's the inputted characters might not render correctly, yet we suggest you fill in your stationery and use the "send yourself a free proof facility" as this is what we receive and in almost all cases we are receiving the right characters.  

If you have any doubt to the rendering of your order please contact us on submission with your order number by email and we will suspend your order whilst we collaborate with you to ensure all is formatted correctly. 

Whilst no proofs are provided with your order, on request (This must be requested by email with your order number at the time of ordering) we can furnish you with these prior to printing.

When formatting your wedding invitation you can send yourself unlimited electronic proofs until you are satisfied with your layout. (Please see "Why order an electronic proof FAQ for further details).

Through our website you can order a Free sample wedding invitation which is a physical proof (hard copy) sent to your designated shipping address.

On receipt of a wedding invitation order, after collaborating and customer sign off we send a sample of your chosen illustration, card type, font and font colour & envelopes.

Only on acceptance of this layout do we print your entire order.

Our turnaround time for your bespoke order is 5 weeks,  but then you have to address and send.

It is advisable to order your Wedding Stationery well in advance, particularly if you are planning a summer wedding. It is suggested that invitations are sent out 6 weeks before the day and we prefer 6 weeks to complete your order. Therefore, you should think about ordering your stationery 3 months in advance of your Big Day.

RSVP date is 2 wks before your I do date.

Remember when ordering your stationery that although you may be inviting 80 guests you will not need 80 invitations. Lots of your guests will be couples who can be given one invitation, as can families who live in the same house. It is also a good idea to order a few extra day and evening invitations to allow for any mistakes when addressing them. You may also find that one of your guests may be unable to attend and so you should have extra cards. The same rules apply for Save The Day Cards, Reply Cards and Thank You Cards. Also there shall be people who you know shall not be able to attend but would still appreciate the thought of receiving an invitation.

With our Wedding invitation - free sample, we enable our prospective shoppers to receive their mock up invitations to ensure if there is a colour scheme that the printed colours are in order as colours on various screens can vary. We have attended to this in the FAQ.

We use outstanding commercial short run printing machines in order to be able to print our heavy / luxury 400gsm, 170 gsm premium writing paper and 170gsm envelopes.

All printing is flat printed which enable to feature 100's of exclusive artworks and our chosen fonts and font colours.  We do-not provide raised, embossed or Letter press.

To ensure 100% quality control, your orders are printed at our studios in Somerset – nothing is outsourced.

HoneyTree Publishing display a soft grey watermark on the back of all card stock and tags; this is a design feature for the product and is often commented on by the recipients of our beautiful stationery as a great feature.

Not only does it authenticate the hand drawn illustrations from UK artists, but also the premium quality of the card, stock, envelopes, labels, and artworks.  As a social & gift stationer,  who do-not provide any business stationery, we are aligned with the greeting card industry where the practice of placing the printers details on the back of cards is prevalent throughout.

As we purchase our card stock pre cut,  beveled & gilted with our watermark already printed, we are unable to provide our products without the watermark.

'Gsm' stands for grams per square metre, ie. a square metre of 400gsm card, placed on the scales will weigh just that. Paper and Card is manufactured and sold by the metric tonne in Europe, so weight has always been the dominant format when specifying paper and card.

Card, or board to give it it's proper name is sold using weight to give the buyer more information. 

EG: 80gsm “Value” photo copy paper

Due to these items being date & often catering specific Our minimum order is x20 for weddings & 15 for Personalised invitations, thereafter all invitations are ordered individually to give you the freedom to choose exactly the number required.

We provide both square edge and subtle round edge in Ivory white  board card stock for both our A5 (wedding invitations ) and  A6+ Correspondence cards. The sizes are not strictly A5 & A6, but referred to as a guide of size for ease of description the actual sizes of our commissioned premium card stock are: A6+ = 11.4 x 152 cm and A5 = 15.2 x 20.3 cm.

In our A6+ on some products we also enable a choice of cream card stock and matching envelope.

Your correspondence cards, wedding invitations, change of address etc are printed onto heavy card stock to complement the reproduction of the professionally designed format and unique hand drawn illustrations.

At Honey Tree Bespoke we highly recommend ordering an electronic (PDF) proof of your personalised stationery in order to ensure all is 100% in order.

The proof is a watermarked printable.pdf (Adobe Acrobat) version of your order which you can view and print from your computer. It will make proofreading text and verifying proper alignment, size and positioning of text easier. If you choose to print a copy of your proof at home, your colour printer will not print precisely the same colours that will be produced from our high quality commercial equipment. Therefore this proof should not be used for colour validation.
