Sebastian Galbraith-Helps - Director of Business Development
What I do
Coordinate all design and functionality of the website and e-commerce, marketing and routes to market inc JV and links, customer support and social media. Also work closely with our Financial Director on all strategy and budgets.

Lizbeth Holstein - Creative Director
What I do:
Introduce New product design, fastidious about the quality and eco credentials of the materials we use & source, bring in new artists, new ranges, and take my sketch pad everywhere as I am constantly adding new artworks to the gallery.

When not creating with the Honey tree team I like to:
Walk my Dachshunds "Daphanie" & "Primrose" and support the various events in and around Somerset, visit galleries and host family tea parties, that seem to require more wine than tea!

Joanne Fairbrother - Website design
What I do:
I work closely with the Honey Tree Team to ensure graphics and branding is always in tip-top shape and the user experience is as seamless as possible.

Katie Gillard - Wedding department & Bespoke studio manager
What I do:
I ensure our customers designs are produced to our high standards. I communicate with clients directly and also work with the creative director on developing the brands products and website. I am responsible for the Wedding departments social media presence, helping to inspire the creative bride.

Trawl vintage shops, markets & boutiques and have a passion for tweed, tea & biscuits, sherry & Harry Potter..

James Fray - Production Manager
What I do:
As production manager, i am responsible for all printed products that leave the studios. I prioritise the daily print tasks and ensure we print to schedule. I also collaborate with suppliers and our print assistants making sure they have all they need to do an outstanding job.

I enjoy keeping up with all the sports action, I am also doing the INSANITY workout! just for fun. (after work!)

Rebecca Luscombe - Dispatch manager, Print Assistant / Customer Service
What I do: I manage the distribution of all orders from UK Express next day to DHL Global shipping (and look up all the various destinations everyday to see the many and varied locations we send to)
I collaborate with the production manager on our stock ordering and production processes.
I also reply to customers questions and support them on 'live chat' to ensure they can receive a quick and helpful response during their creative journey.

When not creating with the Honey tree team I like to: Socialise with family and friends, go shoppping, and travel to new places
Megan Hodder - Despatch & Print Assistant
What I Do: I am a print assistant working in the area of labels and gift tags. I take time to produce beautiful products, which our customers love. Every order is very important to us at Honey tree. I like to make sure that the orders are sent out in beautiful condition. So that every customer receives on exquisite product.

When not creating with the Honey Tree team I like to: Spend time socialising with friends and family. Go shopping, I like to travel and would love to explore more.

Lauren Rendell - Despatch & Print assistant
What I do: I print our lovely labels & tags, assist in the packing and distribution of all orders and support the print team through testing new product designs.
Other duties include the loading of website content and making suggestions to constantly improve our processes and systems.

When not creating with the Honey tree team I like to: to spend time with my family and go out with my friends at the weekend. I like traveling to different places, meeting new people and learning about different cultures.

Andrew Davies - Financial Director
What I do: I work closely with Sebastian and Sally to keep an eagle eye on the finances, set and monitor budgets, ensure there is plenty of working capital and cash flow and keep costs under control. I also use my wide commercial experience to act as a sounding board for strategy and business ideas.

Emma Rooney - Etiquette consultant
What I do:
I am consulted by the creative team when broadcasts, announcements, new products and marketing copy need to be read through. Sebastian found my emails and comments on facebook about the "odd slip up!" helpful and coerced me into assisting prior to the event, rather than after!
After HoneyTree first brochure sign off I apparently wrote this note "Looking forward to a large Aperol spritzer (or two, maybe three!) and a scrumptious dinner with my husband at our local Italian - think I've earned it haha!!"

Vigorously defend my title as the All-England Latin speaking champion (which I won back in 1981, by default, as I believe I was the only entrant)! I am also an enthusiastic, if somewhat erratic, cook and love discovering new, ahem, grape varieties - in vino veritas!
