These terms and conditions apply to any purchase made through the Honey Tree Publishing Ltd (also trading as HoneyTree Bespoke Stationers) web site, over the phone and mail order process.
Please note we are a bespoke stationary design company and all our orders are individually produced to meet your needs. Please contact us to discuss individual designs before placing an order if you require more information on our bespoke service.
When you register with the Honey Tree Publishing Ltd web site, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions taken under these details. You should keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone. You should change it immediately if you feel it has been compromised. (We do-not retain any payment card details, all online payment are through World Pay).
If any of your details change, such as your credit card billing address, you must inform Honey Tree Publishing Ltd as soon as possible. You may update your details by signing into your account on the Honey Tree Publishing Ltd web site, and updating the relevant section.

PLACING AN ORDER
Honey Tree Publishing Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods. Once payment has been received Honey Tree Publishing Ltd will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide at your registration.This email will confirm acceptance of the contract by us. The shipment email will include your name, the order number, terms and conditions and the total price. Honey Tree Publishing Ltd acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract.
If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price or description of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price or description of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once we have confirmed your order by e mail you will not be able to cancel the order as the service provided is a bespoke service with goods being designed to your own specification. Please contact us before placing an order if you require clarification of goods that are made to a consumers own specification. All bespoke studio items where our design team have formatted to a clients brief and provided a physical sample for editing / approval will incur a non refundable £15 studio fee. Your normal legal rights will not be affected. The shipment email will include your name, the order number, durable terms and conditions and the total price. Honey Tree Publishing Ltd acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms shown as *Regulation 13 section 3.38 "Instances where cancellation rights do not apply" from the OFT Distance selling guidelines "where Honey Tree Publishing Ltd supply goods made to the consumer's own specification”
No Risk Guarantee on all orders*: *"If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase from HoneyTree, for any reason at all, we'll replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer" *This excludes the reprinting of "signed off" proofed orders due to edited text errors. There will be a reprint fee of 60% of the original order value plus £3.50 P&P (UK) or express from the current tariff.
if you wish to return your bespoke stationery order, please
1. Notify us, by email that this order is being returned. (If you could confirm the reason this would be greatly appreciated, but this will not compromise on our 100% No Risk Guarantee)
2. Return all the stationery in the packaging that it was received in within 7 days.
3. On receipt of your previously dispatched order, we will refund the full purchase amount.
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subjected to English law and the English Courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
TIMING & DELIVERY
By turnaround time we mean the amount of time it takes us to produce an order, and prepare it to ship. This does not include the time spent in transit while shipping. Due to the fact that all orders are bespoke and printed on demand, according to customer requirements, please note our anticipated turnaround times:
* September - January: 2-3 business days (UK Delivered within 4-6 business days)
* February - August: 2-3 business days (UK Delivered within 4-6 business days)
Weddings: 8-10 days (From sign off)
Save the date, Engagement, Hen & Stag Invitations: 4-8 days
Express UK Next Day Delivery
Order before 12 noon Mon - Fri for GUARANTEED next day delivery before 1pm (signed for) OR choose your delivery date - ideal for gift purchases
Europe and Worldwide: Free with orders over £75. These can take up to 10 days from dispatch and have to be signed for on delivery.
If an overseas express option is required we use DHL international courier and will need to quote directly to confirm the shipping fee for this service. On dispatch of your order a tracking code will be sent to your provided email to enable to monitor the status of your stationery.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. We do our best to complete all orders within the “business day turn around” shown above once we have received a completed order and accompanying payment. Royal Mail aim to deliver throughout the UK in 3 working days for our standard shipping and European & Worldwide destinations can take up to 10 days from dispatch and have to be signed for on delivery. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under our control we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery. Due to the personalised nature of the Honey Tree Publishing Ltd products should you fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under our control) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may: Store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after a re-send fee of £3.50 has been settled. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. The goods may be delivered by in advance of the quoted delivery date.
Layout standards, including card orientation and text placement is pre-set by the studio for all items to reflect Honey Tree Publishing Ltd's design sensibility. Please contact us with any custom requests, and we can inform you of their feasibility, and of the charge for any changes requested.
Customer Font Style & Colour Options Honey Tree Publishing Ltd is bound to respect customer font style and colour selections, and cannot take responsibility for these choices.
No Risk Guarantee on all orders: Remember you are fully protected by our No Risk Guarantee: "If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase from HoneyTree, for any reason at all, we’ll replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer!" - Lizbeth Holstein Co-Founder. *This excludes the reprinting of "signed off" proofed orders. In order to assist in this event we have a reprint set fee of .50p per card (Guilt edge .57p).
Do you send proofs - Social Stationery? Customers may request unlimited emailed electronic proofs on step 3 of the order process, there is no charge levied for this. No physical proofs are automatically provided. We generate precisely what the customer has submitted and signed off. Please double check yourself carefully when placing your order. Honey Tree Publishing Ltd is not responsible to "catch" or to edit customer spelling, punctuation, abbreviation, capitalisation or any other personalised text or characters.
Do you send proofs - Wedding Stationery? Customers may request unlimited emailed electronic proofs on step 3 of the order process, there is no charge levied for this. On completion of your order and checkout a direct sample your formatted wedding stationery will be sent to you to confirm that everything is correct. Only on your acceptance of this proof, will we print your order.
Grammatical Conventions: There are many differing grammatical conventions, and also many things that are not grammatically correct, but which are acceptable in modern English parlance to many. We cannot make a judgement call on behalf of customers because the idea of what is "acceptable" varies so widely. We take no responsibility for the choices customers make, nor are we obligated to contact a customer to "double check" their information. Again, please enter the information carefully and check an outside source if you have any questions on grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS & CHANGES
Honey Tree Publishing Ltd reserves the right to remove or change any item at any time. Individual products, illustrations, or options may be removed without notice; we reserve the right to decline to fill any special-request orders for old product, illustrations or options not currently available. Honey Tree Publishing Ltd are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our web site. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
We print everything to order. Slight variations in paper and print colour may occur. We reserve the right to change paper or ink at any time without notice. However, our prices will remain commensurate with the quality and weight of the paper we use, and the highest Honey Tree Publishing Ltd standards will be maintained.
Personal vs. Business Use
Honey Tree Publishing Ltd wishes to reserve all stationery for personal use only. We will not honour orders that include a business or organisation name of any kind as that involves the illustration being used as branding or logo. If a business wishes to contract Honey Tree Publishing Ltd for logo or branding development, please send an email to email@example.com to inquire about the fees and process. Specific business titles such as manager, owner, etc. will also not be printed. We are happy to honour professional suffixes (such as M.D. or Esq.,).
In these terms and conditions:- Honey Tree Publishing Ltd means Worminster farm Studios, Worminster, North Wootton, Wells, Somerset. BA4 4AJ (UK), any connected organisation that actually supplies goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;
'working day' means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends and statutory and public holidays;
'us' means Honey Tree Publishing Ltd and you together; and
'you' and 'your' means the person ordering goods under these terms and conditions.
