Top Series Mad Men features Premium Writing Paper
It's not all work for the HoneyTree team! And on Thursday morning the buzz at our studio was that Betty Draper, the 50's iconic beauty in the series set in an advertising agency on Madison Ave, New York, had used beautiful motif writing paper to write to a local senator in Wednesday nights episode.
The motif / crest at the top of the paper, formatted the same as our illustrated writing paper, is called Fleur-de-lis and has been residing in our gallery of over 300 hand drawn illustrations for a while.
So when you order Invitations for your next dinner party, correspondence cards, premium writing paper or At Home cards, why not convey to one and all your undoubted vintage style with this exquisite illustration?
A little History on the Fleur-de-lis: In the United Kingdom, a fleur-de-lis has appeared in the official arms of the Norroy King of Arms for hundreds of years. It is also the emblem of the city of Florence, and of the Swiss municipality of Schlieren.
