  • Why do I need to register for an account (No guest checkout)

    As all orders are customised, in order for you to view your proofs, illustration shortlists, orders, saved addresses, we require our shoppers to create an account. 

    This is also where your feature your own uploads & commissioned artworks are stored for your convenience.

    A guest checkout wouldn't enable our shoppers to view their order which we know is important with a bespoke product.

    How secure is the site?

    For your added peace of mind, HoneyTreePublishing.com has a Comodo Secure Certificate to give our visitors and customers confidence to do business and share information free of worry. We have been approved by Comodo to protect your confidential information with industry-leading SSL encryption.

    Payment through this website is made via a secure web server. Secure communication means that any information provided by you, such as your name or credit-card number, is encrypted so that it cannot be read or intercepted by other people.

    A secure page is different to a normal web page. Your web browser may or may not warn you that you are entering and leaving a secure area of the website but when a page is secure an unbroken key, a closed lock or a similar symbol should be displayed by the browser, usually on its bottom bar. When this happens you will know that any information typed into that page will be encrypted when it is sent. Web browsers also include security data in their page information details.

    Data Protection

    1.1 Any information supplied by you will only be held and used for our purposes in order to conduct business with you and to improve our level of service. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your express agreement.

    1.2 When you order, we need to know your name, account details, credit or debit card number and expiry date. No card details are retained by HoneyTree. We also request your telephone number which allows us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.

    1.3 We will only send you emails or other information where you have given us your consent.

    1.4 We shall comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation from time to time in place in respect of any personal information relating to you gathered by us.

    1.5 You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.

    1.6 Should you wish to be removed from our mailing lists all you need to do is contact us and all further contact with you will cease.

    1.7 We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our website. This can include using a "cookie" - this a small piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your browser. You can modify your browser to prevent this happening.

    1.8 You can control your own privacy settings in the 'My Account' section (please login). From here you can choose whether you want to receive mailings and emails from us. If you have any questions about privacy please email us.

  • How to order without our hand made envelopes (No envelopes)

    ENVELOPES: All our stationery prices include 170gsm hand made envelopes, unless clearly stated.

    Our A6+ (15.2 x 11.4cm) & A5+ (20.3 x 15.2 cm) card / board is larger than the standard A6 & A5, this means all our envelopes, like our board, have to be made for us and are not a standard size. For this reason we included a board colour-matching envelope with all orders e.g. cream card receives a cream envelope.

    I DO-NOT REQUIRE ENVELOPES: If you do-not require envelopes we ask our customers to use the discount code NoEnvelopes - this will automatically take off 20% from the order value and we will not include envelopes in your dispatch. The dispatch note will show the product title unchanged.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Please Note: Many of our items are unable to fit through a letterbox so need to be received at the address provided. We recommend a work address for delivery or click and collection if you are not at home during the day.

    To ensure 100% quality control, your orders are printed in house at our studios in Somerset. Nothing is outsourced which enables us to provide a priority express next day service on 90% of our products.

    UK Standard Shipping: 
Delivery arriving within 4-6 business days. Royal Mail: Delivery confirmation (no signature required).

    Priority & Date Select:
    Priority Express 24: includes date select: Your order will arrive guaranteed before 2pm on your chosen date from the calendar (tracking code emailed & signature required). Perfect for Birthdays, Anniversaries and busy schedules.

    Priority 48 / 72hrs: For Foiled, Feature your own & Photo products plus Order of Services this priority delivery is available. For both quality control and design purposes, on receiving your order we set up the layout and send eproofs until you are delighted with the design. Only from sign off can we schedule the expedited delivery. The 48 /72 is not from ordering but from sign off.

     *We ensure we pay all the shipping costs, inc fuel surcharge and remote access our end, but when local taxes are levied these are always for the recipients account. When duty and taxes are applicable it will be invoiced/collected directly by the local customs authority therefore we can’t give you an indication as the what the charges will be prior to shipping.

  • What happens after I have ordered?

    1. When you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail to your account email address, which will clearly show your order number. If you do not receive this e- mail, please check your SPAM FILTER.

    2. As all products are bespoke (printed on demand) we will then start creating your order on receipt. If you realise you need to make a change to your order please contact please immediately, In the event they are in the production queue and not yet printed we can then make the amends and re-supply a proof for approval. 

    Should we have printed your order and you still require a change we charge 60% reprint fee.

    3. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail and most of our items are unable to fit through a letterbox so need to be received at the address provided. If you are out they will leave a slip to notify you of the Royal Mail collection point that you must visit within 7 days of receipt. We recommend a work address if you are not at home during the day.

    Standard UK shipping through Royal Mail aim to deliver all UK mail within 2 working days but this cannot be guaranteed. Priority date select arrive on the date you choose.

    Europe and Worldwide: Orders can take up to 10 days from dispatch.

    4. You will receive a further notification e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

    5. After dispatch and receipt we will email a request for feedback as this is most important to us to learn, innovate, improve and evolve.

    Product Samples: If you require a product sample please visit our Sample Pack page. We can print and dispatch your sample within 3 business days. This is free of charge but only available within the UK.

    Discounts and Sales: All our products are priced on a sliding scale so the more you buy the less you pay. For discounts and flash sales please join our VIP club for competitions & exclusive offers and follow us on our social media channels where we announce upcoming events and promotions as these are for our followers and subscribers therefore often not displayed on our website.

    Inclusive Pricing: All prices include envelopes, presentation boxes and VAT. HoneyTree artists are paid a commission on every order that displays their artwork, thus empowering British Artists and encouraging new talent.

    After your order is placed 

    We’ll get in touch if we spot any errors. And if you notice one, you can let us know too! From the tiniest typo (canape vs canapé) to a design change, we’ll fix issues for free.


    We print everything ourselves

    To ensure 100% quality control, your orders are printed in-house at our Somerset Studios. Nothing is outsourced which enables us to produce your order without compromising on quality.


    Busy Bees 

    We pack your order by hand. And if we spot an issue, we reprint it! Nothing is sent until it gets two thumbs up.


    When your order arrives

    If you’re not totally happy, get in touch. If you’re still not smiling ear-to-ear, we’ll replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer*.

    *This excludes the reprinting of orders due to incorrectly submitted content - this will incur be a reprint fee of 60% of the original order value plus your chosen p&p option based on the current tariff. Honeytreepublishing ltd produce bespoke, personalised customised items. These are exempt from the statutory 14 day cooling off period. On making a purchase from HoneyTree you enter into a contact for us to produce a personalised item, which is non-returnable for a refund or credit note.

  • Reprint procedure - submitted wrong details on design

    In the event of our customers finding they have to make a change to the printed products, e.g. a wrongly submitted telephone number, event date, typo etc, we are pleased to confirm that we provide a reprint facility for this eventuality.

    There will be a reprint fee of 60% of the original order value plus P&P. The order will consist of the amended stationery not envelopes or presentation box.

    How: Please email team@honeytreepublishing.com with your order ref number to confirm the amends you would like. We will then redesign the stationery, send an eproof and on acceptance send a secure payment link.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Once we have confirmed your order by e-mail you will not be able to cancel the order as the service provided is a bespoke service with goods being designed to your own specification*. If you have made an error on your submiteed content, please contact us immediately.

    Please contact us before placing an order if you require clarification as to products that are made to a customer’s own specification. Your normal legal rights will not be affected. The shipment e-mail will include your name, order number, durable terms and conditions and the total price.

    Honeytree publishing ltd’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms shown as regulation 13 section 3.38*: ‘Instances where cancellation rights do not apply’ from the oft distance selling guidelines ‘where honeytree publishing ltd supply goods made to the consumer’s own specification’.

  • Vouchers, Discount Promo codes & credits – How to

    On receipt of a promo discount code or voucher, this is input at the basket stage and discounts the product fee not including shipping.


    Should the code have expired or,
    the total product value not match the code Eg: 10% off your order over £30 or
    if it is a code for a specified product Eg: 10% off all Wedding Stationery and the item is not a wedding item then this message will display

  • How to reorder

    How to reorder

    For orders placed after the 15th May 2017 your previous orders will reside in your account. You can use the reorder facility for a convenient and simple journey.

    1. Log into your account

    2. In the Account Dashboard your previous orders will display. Select to reorder.

    3. Edit your basket to your chosen quantity and product

    4. Checkout and enjoy your reorder. 



  • Exempt from UK VAT?

    All exempt territory's from VAT - based on the billing address (not shipping / delivery) will not be charged VAT on their order. The billing country drop down must display this territory. E.g. Should your billing be Jersey the drop down must state this NOT United Kingdom.

    Should you have any issue please note your order number and click on the contact page to notify us of your UK VAT exemption with yopur order reference number. We will then refund your credit card to the VAT amount.

    This facility can only be used for orders with a non UK or European billing address.
