TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to any purchase made through the HoneyTree Publishing Ltd (also trading as HoneyTree Bespoke Stationers) website, over the phone and mail order process. 

Please note we are a bespoke stationery design company and all our orders are individually produced to meet your needs.  Please contact us to discuss individual designs before placing an order if you require more information on our bespoke service. 

YOUR DETAILS: 

When you register with the HoneyTree Publishing Ltd website, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions taken under these details. You should keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone. You should change it immediately if you feel it has been compromised. (We do not retain any payment card details. All online payments are through World Pay).

If any of your details change, such as your credit card billing address, you must inform HoneyTree Publishing Ltd as soon as possible. You may update your details by signing into your account on the HoneyTree Publishing Ltd  website, and updating the relevant section.

PLACING AN ORDER 

HoneyTree Publishing Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods. Once payment has been received HoneyTree Publishing Ltd will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provided at registration.This email will confirm acceptance of the contract by us. The shipment email will include your name, the order number, terms and conditions and the total price. HoneyTree Publishing Ltd's acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract.

If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price or description of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price or description of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Once we have confirmed your order by e mail you will not be able to cancel the order as the service provided is a bespoke service with goods being designed to your own specification.  Please contact us before placing an order if you require clarification of goods that are made to a consumer's own specification. All bespoke studio items where our design team have formatted to a client's brief and provided a physical sample for editing / approval will incur a non refundable £15 studio fee. Your normal legal rights will not be affected. The shipment email will include your name, order number, durable terms and conditions and the total price. HoneyTree Publishing Ltd's acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms shown as *Regulation 13 section 3.38 "Instances where cancellation rights do not apply" from the OFT Distance selling guidelines "where HoneyTree Publishing Ltd supply goods made to the consumer's own specification”

Update to Distance Selling Regulations
As an online seller, it's important that we keep you up to date with your legal obligations as the customer. On Friday 13 June 2014, the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 will be replaced by theConsumer Contracts Regulations 2013.We have updated our terms and conditions to reflect these changes, and we’ve highlighted some key points below.In summary, as all products on HoneyTreePublishing Ltd are bespoke, personalised customized items these are exempt from the statutory 14 day cooling off period (previously for non customized items this was 7 days). On making a purchase from HoneyTree you enter into a contact for us to produce a personalized item which is non returnable. HoneyTree offer a 100% no-risk guarantee for our shoppers in respect to the quality of the ordered goods as we are confident in the process to provide these to the description and the preview displayed on screen or from the unlimited free eproofs available.

Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders*: *"If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase from HoneyTree, for any reason at all, we'll replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer" *This excludes the reprinting of "signed off" proofed orders due to edited text errors. There will be a reprint fee of 60% of the original order value plus the standard,  express or overseas delivery rates from the current tariff.

If you wish to return your bespoke stationery order, please:

1. Notify us, by email that this order is being returned. (If you could confirm the reason this would be greatly appreciated, but this will not compromise on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee)

2. Return all the stationery in the original packaging that it was received in within 14 days.

3. On receipt of your previously dispatched order, we will refund the full product purchase amount. All shipping fees incured are not refundable.

APPLICABLE LAW 

These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subjected to English law and the English Courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract. 

TIMING & DELIVERY

TURNAROUND TIME 

By turnaround time we mean the amount of time it takes us to produce an order, and prepare it to ship. This does not include the time spent in transit while shipping. Due to the fact that all orders are bespoke and printed on demand, according to customer requirements,  please note our anticipated turnaround times:

2-3 business days (UK Delivered within 4-6 business days)

Weddings: 8-10 days (from sign off)

Save the Date, Engagement, Hen & Stag Invitations: 4-8 days

Express UK Next Day Delivery

Order before 12 noon Mon - Fri for GUARANTEED next day delivery before 1pm (signed for) OR choose your delivery date - ideal for gift purchases 

Europe and Worldwide: This can take up to 10 days from dispatch and good need to be signed for upon delivery.

If an overseas express option is required we use DHL international courier services and will need to quote directly to confirm the shipping fee for this service. On dispatch of your order a tracking code will be sent to your provided email to enable you to monitor the status of your stationery order.

DELIVERY 

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. We do our best to complete all orders within the “business day turn around” shown above once we have received a completed order and accompanying payment. Royal Mail aim to deliver throughout the UK in 3 working days and we use this service for our standard shipping option. European and Worldwide destinations can take up to 10 days from dispatch and have to be signed for on delivery. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under our control we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.  Due to the personalised nature of HoneyTree Publishing Ltd products, should you fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under our control) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after a re-send fee the current applicable tariff has been settled. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. The goods may be delivered by or in advance of the quoted delivery date. 

LAYOUT OPTIONS

Layout standards, including card orientation and text placement is pre-set by the studio for all items to reflect HoneyTree Publishing Ltd's design sensibility. Please contact us with any custom requests, and we will inform you of their feasibility, and of the charge for any changes requested.

Customer Font Style and Colour Options - HoneyTree Publishing Ltd is bound to respect customer font style and colour selections, and cannot take responsibility for these choices.

ORDER ACCURACY

Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders: Remember you are fully protected by our Satisfaction Guarantee: "If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase from HoneyTree, for any reason at all, we’ll replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer!" - Lizbeth Holstein Co-Founder. *This excludes the reprinting of "signed off" proofed orders.  In order to assist in this event we have a reprint set fee of 60% of the original cost.

Do you send proofs for Social Stationery? Customers may request unlimited emailed electronic proofs at step 3 of the order process; there is no charge levied for this. No physical proofs are automatically provided. We generate precisely what the customer has submitted and signed off. Please double check carefully when placing your order. HoneyTree Publishing Ltd  is not responsible for "catching" typos or editing customer spelling, punctuation, abbreviation, capitalisation or any other personalised text or characters. 

Do you send proofs for Wedding Stationery?  Customers may request unlimited emailed electronic proofs at step 3 of the order process; there is no charge levied for this. On completion of your order and after checkout, a direct sample of your formatted wedding stationery will be sent to you to confirm that everything is correct. Only on your acceptance of this proof will we print your order.

Grammatical Conventions: There are many differing grammatical conventions, and also many things that are not grammatically correct, but which are acceptable in modern English parlance to many. We cannot make a judgement call on behalf of customers because the idea of what is "acceptable" varies so widely. We take no responsibility for the choices customers make, nor are we obligated to contact a customer to "double check" their information. Again, please enter the information carefully and check with an outside source if you have any questions on grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS & CHANGES

Product Changes

HoneyTree Publishing Ltd reserves the right to remove or change any item at any time. Individual products, illustrations, or options may be removed without notice; we reserve the right to decline to fill any special request orders for old products, illustrations or options not currently available. HoneyTree Publishing Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

Product Variation

We print everything to order. Slight variations in paper and print colour may occur. We reserve the right to change paper or ink at any time without notice. However, our prices will remain commensurate with the quality and weight of the paper we use, and the highest HoneyTree Publishing Ltd standards will be maintained.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Personal vs. Business Use

HoneyTree Publishing Ltd wishes to reserve all stationery designs for personal use only, unless written permission is given to do so otherwise by HoneyTree Ltd. We will not honour orders that include a business or organisation name of any kind which involves the use of a HoneyTree Ltd illustration being used as branding or a logo. If a business wishes to contract HoneyTree Publishing Ltd for logo or branding development, please send an email to team@honeytreepublishing.com to inquire about the fees and process. 

Interpretation

In these terms and conditions: HoneyTree Publishing Ltd means Worminster Farm Studios, Worminster, North Wootton, Wells, Somerset. BA4 4AJ (UK), any connected organisation that actually supplies goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;

'working day' or 'business day' means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends and statutory and public holidays;

'us' means HoneyTree Publishing Ltd and you together; and

'you' and 'your' means the person ordering goods under these terms and conditions.
